be paid for in advance. A $20.00 minimum charge
will apply for all special orders. Deliveries
on special orders are usually 3 - 6 weeks,
but can take longer. Special order shoes are
not returnable for any reason since they cannot
be resold. |

Shipping:
All products purchased on this website are shipped
United Parcel Post (UPS) ground service. Other
methods, including overnight service, are available
by calling us at (626) 799-8615. International shipping rates vary depending on location. Please email or call to inquire about International shipping rates.
All
orders are processed within two (2) business days
from receipt. UPS delivery schedules vary from
one to fourteen days depending on your location.

Exchanges
and Returns:
All shoes returned for exchange or refund must
be in the original box and be completely unsoiled.
Soiled shoes or shoes with any marks on the soles
cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
Shoes must be returned within 21 days with a copy
of the sales order and a note stating the reason
for return. Any shoes returned after 21 days will
incur a $20.00 restocking charge. Purchaser is
responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
For your protection, please insure all returned
goods, since we cannot give credit for lost shipments.
No
returns on tights, briefs, DVD's, CD's or Videos.
Prices
are subject to change without notice due to price
increases from our suppliers and currency fluctuations.
